These terms govern your use of screenfreefamily.in and anything you buy from us. By using the site or placing an order, you accept them.

Who we are

ScreenFreeFamily is a brand operated by Nikhil Agarwal, operating the website screenfreefamily.in. Our full business name, registered address, telephone number and grievance officer details are published on the Contact page.

What we sell, and what we only recommend

This site carries two different things, and the difference matters:

  • Our Originals — digital products created and sold by us. You pay us, we deliver the file, and any problem with it is ours to fix.
  • Recommendations — products made and sold by other companies. These are clearly labelled, and the button sends you to that retailer. We never take your payment, never hold stock and never ship anything. Your contract is with them.

We may earn a commission when you buy through a recommendation link. This never changes the price you pay. We only recommend things we would use ourselves.

Orders and pricing

  • All prices are shown in Indian Rupees and are the total you pay.
  • We are not currently registered for GST, so no GST is charged and no tax invoice is issued. You receive an order receipt by email.
  • We may change prices at any time, but never after you have paid.
  • If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a technical error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it.

Payment

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details. Placing an order is an offer to buy; the contract forms when payment succeeds and the download is issued.

Delivery

Everything we sell is digital and delivered instantly. Full detail is in our Digital Product Policy.

Personalised copies include the buyer’s name and a unique Personal Copy ID in the page footer. The Personal Copy ID helps identify the individual copy and discourage unauthorised sharing.

Refunds

Set out in full in our Refund Policy. In short: refund requests must be made within 7 days from the date of purchase; no refund for a change of mind or for buying by mistake; full refund whenever the fault is ours — a technical access failure, the wrong product, or a duplicate charge.

Your account

  • You are responsible for keeping your password private.
  • You must give a working email address. It is how your product reaches you.
  • You must not create an account using someone else’s identity.
  • We may suspend an account that is sharing purchased files or abusing the service.

Acceptable use

You may not copy our site content, scrape it, attempt to break its security, upload anything harmful, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Our content is not professional advice

Our articles and products are written to help families spend time together away from screens. They are general in nature. They are not medical, psychological, educational or developmental advice. If you have a concern about your child, speak to a qualified professional.

Limits on our liability

We take responsibility for delivering what you paid for, and we will refund you in full if we fail to. Beyond that, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Indian consumer law that cannot lawfully be limited.

Links to other sites

Where we link to a retailer or another website, we have no control over their content, prices, availability or policies, and we are not responsible for them.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that governs that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
