Shipping & Returns

Everything ScreenFreeFamily sells is digital. Nothing is posted, nothing is couriered, and there are no delivery charges.

How your order reaches you

  • Your download is available immediately after payment succeeds, on the order confirmation screen.
  • A download link is also emailed to the address you entered at checkout.
  • The product stays permanently in My Account → Downloads, so you can fetch it again on any device.

There is no dispatch time and no waiting. If payment has succeeded, the file is yours the same moment.

Delivery charges

None. There are no shipping fees, handling fees or taxes added at checkout. The price on the product page is the price you pay.

If your download does not arrive

First, check the spam folder of the email address you used. Order emails sometimes land there the first time.

If it is still missing, sign in and look under My Account → Downloads — the file is there whether or not the email reached you.

If neither works, email support@screenfreefamily.in with your order number. We acknowledge within 48 hours. If we cannot deliver your file, we refund you in full.

Download limits

  • Unlimited downloads per purchase
  • Links valid for 30 days
  • Permanent access through your account, and we will reissue a link if you need one

Returns

A digital file cannot be returned in the ordinary sense. What we do instead is set out in full in our Refund Policy: refund requests must be made within 7 days from the date of purchase; no refund for a change of mind or for buying by mistake; and a full refund whenever the fault is ours — a broken link, a corrupt file, the wrong product, or a duplicate charge.

Physical products

We do not currently sell any physical products. If that changes, this page will be updated with real courier partners, delivery timelines and charges before anything physical goes on sale.

Products sold by other retailers

Items marked “Recommended” are sold and shipped by the retailer you are sent to, not by us. Their delivery times, charges and returns policy apply.
