Digital Product Policy

This policy explains how our digital products are delivered, what you may do with them, and what you may not.

How delivery works

Everything we sell ourselves is a digital file. Nothing is posted to you and there are no delivery charges.

  • The download becomes available the moment your payment succeeds.
  • A download link is emailed to the address you gave at checkout.
  • The product also appears permanently under My Account → Downloads.

Your copy is personalised

Your copy is personalised. Each purchased PDF is generated individually for the buyer. Your name and a unique Personal Copy ID appear in the footer of the interior pages. This helps identify your individual copy and discourage unauthorised sharing.

Download limits

  • Each purchase allows unlimited downloads of the file.
  • Download links remain valid for 30 days from purchase.
  • Your ownership does not expire. If a link stops working, sign in to your account, or email us and we will reissue access.

These limits exist to stop links being shared publicly, not to restrict you. If you change device, lose the file, or hit the limit for an honest reason, write to us and we will sort it out.

What you need to open our files

  • A PDF reader. Free on every phone, tablet and computer.
  • A printer, if you want a paper copy. Page size is stated on every product page: The Impossible Case Files is A4 (210 × 297 mm). It prints fine on US Letter too — choose “Fit to page” in your printer dialog and you will get slightly different margins, nothing more. Most of our books are also designed to work printed in black and white if you would rather save colour ink.
  • Some files are large. A stable connection is worth having, and downloading over wi-fi rather than mobile data will be quicker and cheaper.

What you may do with what you buy

When you buy a digital product from us you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use it. You may:

  • Use it with the children in your own family, as often as you like.
  • Print as many copies as your own family needs.
  • Keep it forever and re-download it whenever you need to.

What you may not do

  • Share, email, upload or resell the file.
  • Post it to a group, forum, cloud drive or messaging app where others can download it.
  • Print copies for a class, school, library, playgroup or business.
  • Reproduce, adapt or republish any part of it as your own work.
  • Remove or alter our name or copyright notice.

Schools, libraries and group use

The standard licence covers one family. If you would like to use our material with a class, a library group, a workshop or any setting beyond your own household, write to support@screenfreefamily.in and we will arrange appropriate permission. We would rather say yes to a fair request than find our work photocopied without asking.

All text, illustrations, layouts and activity designs in our products remain the property of ScreenFreeFamily. Buying a product buys you the right to use it, not to own it.

If something is wrong with a file

Tell us. Email support@screenfreefamily.in with your order number. A corrupt, incomplete or wrong file is refunded in full under our Refund Policy, or replaced, whichever you prefer, provided you tell us within 7 days from the date of purchase.

Changes to products

We sometimes correct or improve a file after publication. If we do, you keep access to the current version at no extra cost.
